Labuan FSA to work with FSC Mauritius

The Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) has established a formal basis for cooperation with Financial Services Commission Mauritius (FSC Mauritius) in the areas of research and development, staff training, enforcement and regulation.

Malaysia White Listed by OECD

The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has last week listed Malaysia in the “White List”. The White List refers to a list of jurisdictions deemed to have substantially implemented OECD standards for transparency and exchange of information between countries.
